130,000 sq. ft. tilt-up facility added to an existing two-story YMCA on a 28-acre site.

DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS
Reclaimed lumber from the site was kiln-dried and transformed into custom elements, including feature walls, planters, slatted seating, and long benches with USB ports and durable Chilewich cushions. A full café, creative locker systems, and natural finishes elevated both form and function.
